Registration Period:
3rd October to 12th December (Deadline extended!)
Instructions:
1. Download registration form here. Fill in ALL necessary details.
2. Forms are to be personally submitted at the Camp Booth on any Sunday, from now to 12th December @ 190 Dunearn Rd, outside the Khoo Auditorium, Level 2, between 10.30am to 1pm.
3. If forms are unable to be submitted on any of the Sundays, please email the committee to make arrangements.
4. For group/pair registration, all participants require parent's signature on individual consent forms and they are to be submitted together with the group sign up form.
5. Payment has to be made upon registration. Cash is preferred.
6. Registration closes on the 12th December, Sunday.
